[Terminé] Sortie HDMI non détectée
Bonjour,
J'ai un Dell XPS avec 2 carte graphique (Intel et Nvidia) le tout avec optimus.
Après 10 ans de maj sur ubuntu, j'ai fait une réinstalle propre récemment. Je suis désormais sur une 20.10 toute propre.
Mais, contrairement à précédemment (la 18.04 LTS), ma sortie HDMI ne répond pas sous ubuntu, l'écran ne voit rien et ubuntu ne voit pas l'écran. Et je n'ai pas trouvé comment gérer le double écran (cela a disparu du menu de configuration apparemment dans cette version).
Bref, déçu car je ne trouve pas comment activer l'écran... et pour autant, tout fonctionne si j'essaye sur ubuntu mate ou xfce (il y a les menus de configuration et tout roule, comme sur win10, donc ce n'est pas matériel).
Si vous avez une piste avant que je ne me rabatte sur un autre environnement par dépit.
J'ai essayé plusieurs solution comme xdandr
VGA-1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
HDMI-1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
DP-1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)... et je ne souhaite pas me lancer dans la recompilation de noyau.

Ce que je ne comprends pas est que cela marchait avant, et que cela fonctionne sur d'autres distributions (comme mate 20.10).
Donc c'est plus spécifique à Ubuntu mais je ne sais pas où chercher.

Déjà fait sans succès... et pour la solution proposé au dessus, je n'ai pas trouvé mon bonheur.
J'ai refait un test... avec xfce, je peux cloner sans souci. Avec Mate, je peux cloner et étendre. Et avec ubuntu, c'est noir et non reconnu.
Je sèche vers où chercher.

Problème réglé... à la méthode Windows. Petite journée de réinstallation de la LTS. Tout fonctionne au poil sans plus de raison ... déçu par ubuntu sur le coup, je ne sais et saurai pas le mot de la fin.
