Mon laptop rame sous Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS
Bonjour
Je suis sous Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS (avant j'étais sous 16.04) avec mon laptop que j'utilise depuis 4 ans sans soucis, mais c'est derniers jours il rame à fond que je comprend pas pourquoi. Tous ce passait pourtant bien ces derniers mois et j'étais ravi du changement de version car il fusait nettement mieux. J'ai rien installé de spécial depuis mon upgrade, j'ai assez d'espace sur mes 2 disque, assez de ram. Que ce soit le surf sur le web, le démarrage d'application simple ou autre activité, le système est ralenti....et je fais pas de jeu ou truc 3D...
Auriez-vous une idée pour une procédure de "nettoyage" ou autre ?

Ok merci...j'ai purgé avec ta commande et ça va un poil mieux mais c'est pas encore top.
Sinon j'ai aussi un site ouvert dans un tab Firefox qui met toujours beaucoup de temps a charger et le soucis se présente seulement depuis quelques jours. Firefox me met toujours pendant quelques secondes un bandeau jaune en haut de cette page pour me demander si je veux continuer de charger la page ou l'arrêter... J'ai même envoyé un mail au dev du site pour leur demander si il avait changer qqchose dans leur page mais évidemment ils disent qu'il faut essayer avec un autre navigateur. Dès fois j'ai l'impression que cette page n'est pas anodine mais comme je l'utilise tous les jours je sais pas trop quoi faire de plus...mais je peux vivre avec.

Tu dis que tu as assez de RAM, Mais as-tu bien regardé aussi le processeur lorsque cela ralentit?
free -htopOn va regarder l'état du disque. Peux-tu installer l'application smartmontools avec cette commande
sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends smartmontools et donner le retour de l'état du disque paragraphe 3 avec cette commande en remplaçant X par ce qui convient. certainement a

Alors niveau Ram sur les 16 que j'ai seul 2 sont utilisés en temps normal et rien de bizarre a signaler.
Pour Smartmontools on dirait que rien de spécial non plus...
