[Résolu] : Installation Pronote 2021 via Wine ou playonLinux

Bonjour,

Problème récurrent d'un prof à la rentrée : Comment installer le client pronote actualisé sur sa distribution Ubuntu ?

J'ai suivi le tuto recommandé par l'éduc Nat  : https://www.index-education.com/fr/faq- … linux-.php

J'ai donc :
- mis à jour wine 5.07
- installer l'exe Pronote2021 32 bit : https://www.index-education.com/fr/tele … ronote.php

Mon problème

Pronote se lance mais crash toujours et m'oblige dans tous les cas à forcer à quitter parfois après avoir réussi ma connexion établissement, parfois avant.
En voulant déboguer avec l'outil de playonLinux, j'obtiens le log suivant :

Avant tout, Wine n'offre pas une compatibilité garantie avec toutes les applis Windows. C'est tout à fait possible que la version 2021 de Pronote ne puisse pas tourner avec même si les précédentes fonctionnaient et qu'il n'y ait pas de solution.

Cependant, il y a deux choses qu'on peut voir :
- essayer une version plus récente de Wine via le dépôt de WineHQ ou installée manuellement dans PlayOnLinux ;
- dans le retour, tu as un message d'erreur disant qu'une fonctionnalité liée à la connexion sécurisée est manquante (il veut ntlm_auth >= 3.0.25).

On va commencer par le point 2. Avec un peu de chance, en installant un paquet manquant ça résoudra le problème. Avec un peu moins de chance le paquet est déjà installé mais pas suffisamment récent en 20.04. On va commencer par vérifier ça :

apt-cache policy winbind winbind:i386

C'est ça, le paquet winbind n'est pas installé, que ce soit en 64 bits (winbind tout court) ou en 32 bits (winbind:i386). Essaie de l'installer, probablement les deux versions vu que ton appli est en 32 bits :

sudo apt-get install winbind winbind:i386

Retente ensuite de lancer Pronote : est-ce qu'il y a du mieux ?

Je vois pas comment régler ces conflits, que je ne vois pas de quoi il est question.

Là, on est possiblement sur des problèmes de dépôts/paquets orphelins. On va voir ça. Donne le retour de :

cat /etc/apt/sources.list
ls /etc/apt/sources.list.d
cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*.list
apt list | grep "installé, local"

Donne aussi la liste des paquets de Wine installés au cas où :

dpkg -l | grep wine

C'est possible aussi que la bibli nécessaire soit aussi fournie par Samba et que winbind ne puisse pas être installé en même temps mais j'en doute un peu.

Je crois avoir déjà parcouru ce fil, le problème c'est que chaque année la nouvelle version de pronote ne s'adapte que difficilement avec wine (je pense). Et tous les ans, il faut remettre le nez dedans...
Alors parfois, ca dérive vers d'autres complications : les paquets orphelins...

Là, de toute façon, il y a des trucs qui ne vont pas du tout, des versions orphelines de libc6 qui bloquent tout et qu'il faut remettre à la bonne version.

Donne le retour de :

apt-cache policy libc-bin libc-dev-bin libc6-dbg libc6-dev libc6-i386 libc6 libc6:i386 locales secureboot-db

À noter que là, on n'est pas sur un problème lié à Wine mais plus général et qui a pu arriver si à un moment tu as utilisé le dépôt Proposed. Si ce n'est pas le cas, c'est possible que les développeurs aient poussé une version foireuse dans les dépôts et qu'ils l'aient supprimé ensuite, vu que tu n'es pas le seul à avoir ce problème ces temps-ci.

Réinstalle ça :

sudo apt-get install --reinstall libc-bin=2.31-0ubuntu9.2 libc-dev-bin=2.31-0ubuntu9.2 libc6-dbg=2.31-0ubuntu9.2 libc6-dev=2.31-0ubuntu9.2 libc6-i386=2.31-0ubuntu9.2 libc6=2.31-0ubuntu9.2 libc6:i386=2.31-0ubuntu9.2 locales=2.31-0ubuntu9.2 secureboot-db=1.5

Ensuite, retente d'installer winbind :

sudo apt-get install winbind winbind:i386

Il y aura un peu de nettoyage à faire dans les dépôts et dans l'installation de Wine mais si winbind s'installe sans problème, tu peux déjà retenter de lancer Pronote.

Ça dépend : en l'état, pas sûr que tu puisses installer Virtualbox. Mais s'il fonctionne, tu peux soit installer un Windows virtualisé (si tu as une licence), soit une Ubuntu + Wine.

En tout cas, redonne le retour de :

apt list | grep "installé, local"

Ça a l'air ok. On va essayer de supprimer Wine vu que ton installation est bancale (la moitié des paquets est désinstallée) :

sudo apt-get remove --purge fonts-wine libwine libwine:i386 wine wine-stable wine-stable-amd64 wine-stable-i386:i386 wine32:i386 wine64

Si tout s'est bien passé, on va essayer de le réinstaller. Comme tu as le dépôt de WineHQ actif, autant partir sur la version à jour de celui-ci :

sudo apt install --install-recommends winehq-stable

Déjà, arrivé là, est-ce que tout est ok ou il y a des erreurs à un moment ?

C'est peut-être normal, en fait : si j'essaie d'installer winbind:i386 de mon côté, je n'ai pas d'erreur mais il me prévient qu'il va supprimer tout un tas de paquets 64 bits qui doivent rester en place. Ça reste bizarre qu'il t'indique des dépendances impossibles à installer mais comme on n'a pas forcément les mêmes...

À tout hasard, si tu essaies de relancer Pronote (attention, il faudra peut-être lui indiquer d'utiliser Wine 6.X vu qu'on a viré le 5.x), est-ce que tu as toujours l'erreur suivante ?

0201:err:winediag:SECUR32_initNTLMSP ntlm_auth was not found or is outdated. Make sure that ntlm_auth >= 3.0.25 is in your path. Usually, you can find it in the winbind package of your distribution.
