Problèmes de démarrage Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS

Bonjour à tous,
Voila j'ai installé Ubuntu il y a quelques mois sur mon PC portable (je n'ai plus Windows). Tout fonctionnait bien jusqu'à maintenant mais la dernière fois que j'ai éteint mon pc, impossible de démarrer. J'ai un PC Acer, il s'est allumé comme d'habitude sur l'écran Acer et est resté pendant plusieurs dizaines de minutes bloqué sur cet écran. Ensuite, écran noir avec des lignes de code (désolé je suis néophyte sur Linux et n'utilise peut-être pas le bon vocabulaire pour me faire comprendre). En gros à chaque fois il est écrit "failed" et ce que je comprends c'est que le programme de démarrage d'Ubuntu ne fonctionne pas. Après 3 jours sur cet écran noir, la session Ubuntu s'est finalement ouverte. Mais ce week-end j'ai téléchargé les dernières mises à jour et redémarré le pc pour les appliquer et j'ai de nouveau eu le problème. Après 2 jours il a enfin ouvert ma session! Du coup aujourd'hui la seule solution que j'ai est de ne pas éteindre le pc sinon à chaque redémarrage il faut 2-3 jour pour l'allumer. J'ai fait un boot-info (https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/v6K6RbqqCC/) mais bien sûr je ne sais pas l'analyser.
Est-ce que quelqu'un a déjà eu ce problème et peut m'orienter sur une solution?

Bonjour
Dans un premier temps, on va regarder s'il y a des erreurs. Peux-tu donner ce retour: 

journalctl -b -p err> Log.txt && gedit Log.txt

Pour le temps de démarrage, donne ces retours. 

systemd-analyze time
systemd-analyze blame | head -25
systemd-analyze critical-chain

Pour l'instant, le service de https://login.ubuntu.com/wq4B7OEXxAnz9skR/+login ne me reconnaît plus (encore une fois)

Pas facile de savoir le problème.
Je ne suis pas certain que cela soit lié  à ce message d'erreur
CPU#1 stuck for 21s!
qui va se corriger de la façon suivante
Ajouter l'option nomodeset dans un fichier

sudo sed -i "s#splash#splash nomodeset  #" /etc/default/grub

et faire prendre en compte avec la commande suivante:

sudo update-grub

Ajouter l'option nomodeset dans un fichier

et faire prendre en compte avec la commande suivante:

sudo update-grub

Oui je vois ça... Ce que je ne comprend pas c'est que Ubuntu tournait normalement depuis plus d'un an et tout à coup j'ai ce problème au démarrage!
