Ecran noir au démarage
Bonjour à tous et à toutes,
J'ai récemment installé ubuntu 20.04 en dual boot avec windows 10 sur mon ordinateur. Cependant, il arrive que je rencontre différents types de problèmes au démarrage.
Environ une fois sur deux, après avoir choisi de démarrer sur ubuntu, il arrive que mon ordinateur fasse directement un écran noir. A d'autres moment, j'obtiens seulement une souris sur un fond noir après avoir eu l'écran de chargement ubuntu, au lieu d'avoir la page pour saisir son mot de passe. Mais si j'appuis sur entré et que je saisis mon mot de passe, alors ma page d'accueil apparait, comme si de rien n'était. Et puis quelque fois mon ordinateur démarre normalement.
Au niveau de ma configuration, j'ai un ordinateur portable acer avec un "AMD Ryzen 5 3500u with radeon vega mobile gfx × 8" et un carte graphique "AMD Raven".

Tu as regardé la Doc > § 8 liste_portables_acer#serie_swift, pour vérifier si ton modèle est listé ?

Ah non je n'étais pas au courant de l'existence de cette documentation. Cependant je ne crois pas que mon modèle y soit listé. Pour être plus précis, j'ai un Swift 3 SF314-41-R7EP
